Netiquette is a set of social conventions that facilitate interaction over networks, such as forums, blogs...
Netiquette is a merge of the words Network (Internet) and Etiquette (a code of behavior).

CIO's blog rules

This blog intends to promote empowered digital collaboration within Ceva. This includes internal social networking using Ceva tools.

This blog includes professional communication and personal points of view.
Subscribers receive an email less than once a day including the latest posts. At anytime, subscribers can Unsubscribe. At this time, I've got 2 types of recipients: voluntary subscribers and people I added in the list such as my peers.

When articles are related to IT, they are generally in accordance with IT Department rules.
When articles are not related to IT, they express my personal point of view on things but are still generally related to our job.

If you find that one of the content that I put one is inappropriate, just fire me an email, a SMS, a chat, mentioning the article and the reason why I should not have put it.

Blogging in Ceva

Blogging may seem innovative, controversial, new tec, high tec, geek to many.
Blogging may seems old fashion to facebook or twitter users.

It's however a good way to share knowledge and promote collaboration.

Nowadays innovation comes a lot from putting things together, and do not rely on inventors working alone in their garage. Sharing ideas and knowledge contributes to innovation.
